3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or festive-season volumes. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Giftra is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Many of our products are perishable food items or personalised gifts. Please review product descriptions, allergen information, and care instructions before ordering. Once opened or consumed, perishable items cannot be returned except where they arrive damaged or defective.
