What does Giftra sell?

Giftra is an India-based curated gifting brand offering premium gift hampers, corporate gifts, wedding gifts, and dry fruit boxes for every occasion, from birthdays, anniversaries and housewarmings to Diwali, weddings and corporate gifting.

Can I personalise a gift?

Yes. Most of our hampers can carry a hand-written note on cotton card, and many can be monogrammed or made to order. Look for the personalisation option on the product, or ask us.

Do you deliver across India?

We do, fully tracked, pan-India. See Delivery & Tracking for timelines.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering a few days ahead for regular occasions, and one to two weeks ahead during festive periods like Diwali or Raksha Bandhan, to guarantee on-time delivery.

How is everything packaged?

Every order arrives ready to give: tissue-lined, tied by hand, and finished so there is nothing to re-wrap.

Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?

Yes, from ten boxes to ten thousand, with custom branding and GST invoicing. See Corporate & Bulk Gifting.

Do your hampers contain allergens?

Some products, including our dry fruit boxes, contain tree nuts, and some hampers contain milk-based chocolate. Please check each product page for allergen details before ordering.

Are your gifts suitable for vegetarians?

Our gifting range is designed to be vegetarian-friendly. If you have specific dietary requirements, please check the product page or contact us before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or amend an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been packed or dispatched. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

What if my gift arrives damaged?

We will make it right. Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund. See Replacements and our Return & Refund Policy.
