Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days; personalised and made-to-order items may take 4–7 business days.

Shipping & charges

We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delays

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by weather, courier disruptions or public holidays. If your order seems delayed, contact giftra.business@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.
