Plans change — we understand. Here is how cancellations work.

Before dispatch

You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched, provided work on a personalised item has not yet begun.

Personalised & made-to-order items

Once production of a personalised or made-to-order item has started, it cannot be cancelled, as it is made specifically for you.

After dispatch

Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect we will make it right — see Replacements.
