We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, photography, lighting, and handcrafted production, actual colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from the images displayed.

Certain products may be available only while stocks last.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or modify offers without prior notice.

5. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers available on our Shopify store.

Giftra does not store your complete payment card information.

7. Shipping

We currently ship within India only.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. No Return Policy

Giftra does not accept returns on purchased products.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by Giftra are redeemable only on our website.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorisation, except where required by applicable law.

10. Corporate Orders

Corporate gifting orders may be subject to separate quotations, production schedules, customisation requirements, payment terms, and delivery timelines.

Any mutually agreed quotation or contract shall prevail over these general Terms where applicable.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product descriptions, artwork, text, branding, and website content, is the exclusive property of Giftra unless otherwise stated.
