Dispatch times

• Ready-to-gift items: dispatched within 2–3 business days
• Personalised or made-to-order items: 4–7 business days, depending on the finish
• Corporate and bulk orders: timelines are confirmed with your account manager

Delivery estimates

Most metros receive orders within 2–4 days of dispatch; other locations within 4–7 days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
